Chef Vic brings over 25 years of culinary expertise to Melanzana, having trained in the finest kitchens of Italy and perfected the art of authentic Italian cuisine. His passion for food began in his grandmother's kitchen in Naples, where he learned the secrets of traditional Italian cooking.
